Quarter cows will average between 80lbs and 130lbs of useable cuts of meat. A quarter cow comes in a standard cut.

 

The following is an approximate list of cuts included

  • Chuck Roasts (5 to 7 lbs)
  • Shoulder Roasts (3 to 4 lbs)
  • Sirloin Tip Roasts (3 to 4 lbs)
  • Rump Roasts (1 to 3 lbs)
  • Ribsteaks (5 to 7 at ~1 lb each)
  • T-Bone Steaks (5 to 7 at ~1 lb each)
  • Sirloin Steaks (2 at ~2.5 lbs each)
  • Stew Meat (3 packs at ~ 1 lb each)
  • Grond Beef (45 to 60 packs at ~1 lb each)
  • Cube Steak (5 to 6 packs at ~1 lb each)
  • Beef Ribs (7 to 9 lbs)
  • Brisket (3 to 4 lbs)
